Global FREE SHIP Over $200, Delivery within two days after receipt.
We shipping by DHL, UPS, It may take 3-7days based on different countries and regions.

Return and Refund

We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you arefund or an exchange. For all EZCOO products, our support team provide lifetime online support
 

We will provide a full refund in the event of the 
following outcome(s):

►You never received your item(s)

Full or partial refund if the items are not as described

►You can accept a partial refund and then keep the item(s).

►You can return the item(s) for a full refund

 

  • Customers have up to 30 days to ask for a refund
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested
  • The order ID must be verified first
  • EZCOO will not pay for any shipping involved (with exceptions)
  • Refunds are credited back to customers’ Visa, MasterCard  via Paypal.
